Job Description:
Dar es Salaam Warehouse manager
Sokowatch is searching for a stellar warehouse manager to be based in Dar es Salaam. They will undertake all aspects of warehouse manager for Sokowatch in Dar es Salaam. The primary goal of this position is to monitor and optimize inventory in Dar es Salaam.

 Qualification in warehouse management and finance background.
 Proven work experience as a warehouse manager for 2 years.
 Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
 Proven ability to implement processes improvement initiatives.
 Strong knowledge of the warehousing key performance indicator.
 Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
 Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Keen to details especially numbers.

Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for the supervision and management of branch level warehouse team
 Responsible for the development and compliance of agreed-upon warehouse standard operating procedures across all warehouse functions (eg. loading, stock reconciliation, cash reconciliation, storage, stock counts)
 Responsible for the management of inventory across all branches. Ensuring each branch is not over/under- stocking on any SKU.
 Responsible for managing the communication flow between branch level warehouse managers and Kenya finance team with regards to timely payment for LPOs.
 Responsible for managing the communication flow between branch level warehouse managers and Supplier procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of requested LPOs.
 Responsible for the tracking and reporting of branch level agent shorts, inventory, and LPOs
 Responsible for the development of branch-level warehouse team budgets (eg. budget for additional personnel, storage capacity, parking capacity, offloading capacity, stock forecasting)

POSITION: Customer Sales Agent
Role: Customer Sales Agent
Location: Dar es salaam, Tanzania

We seek to employ a highly qualified and motivated Sales Representative who will be responsible for providing personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers, driving product volumes and profit growth in the key retail chains as well as manage customer relationships, documenting and reporting on customer feedback in order to improve the customer experience.

Reporting to; Customer Sales

Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue and customer retention through customer relationship management
• Assist the delivery agents in customer order generation, as well as customer experience management.
• Help our customers navigate both our product portfolio and services
• Follow up on leads and prospects to close on the sale
• Drive customer satisfaction, through effectively solving customer complaints
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Key Relationships Internal stakeholders: Customer Care Department, Credit team and Delivery Agent Team
External stakeholders: Customers

Key Skills and Competencies
• 3-5 years of experience in key account management
• Diploma in customer service, communications, marketing or a related field
• Sales skills ie able to pitch a sale,up-selling and cross-selling
• Great Communication skills
• Ability to build relationships

• Proven track record in a call center
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time management skills

Job purpose;
The role of a Country Fleet manager will be responsible for planning, communication, policy development, ensuring statutory compliance and administration of all fleet management processes. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring fleet safety compliance, fleet budgets and controlled costs with most effective fleet allocations.

 Responsible for a fleet of 60 plus Tuk tuks and motorcycles
 Evaluates vehicle inspection reports, repair quotes and repair invoices.
 Coordinates with all vehicle mechanics to ensure they are on time and being diligent.
 Serves as primary contact for all field level staff assistance (i.e. vehicle breakdowns, field assistance, mechanical issues, loading issues, etc).
 Serves as primary contact for all fleet relevant suppliers.
 Ensure all Sokowatch vehicles road requirements are up to date (i.e. insurance, inspections, NTSA requirements, etc.).
 Ensuring all Sokowatch drivers have valid and current documents (i.e. licenses and additional requirements).
 Development and implementation of fleet administration standards and vehicle operating policies
 Preparation of annual budgets and periodic reports on operating costs, purchase and control over maintenance.
 In charge of team workload and performance of his branch fleet managers.
 To oversee fleet replacement program including recommending annual fleet replacement; develop specifications for purchasing equipment and vehicles.
 To ensure the work environment is in compliance with government, safety and environmental standards; assure the workshop areas, equipment and materials are maintained in a safe, clean and orderly manner.

 Previous fleet management experience
 Previous fleet management process design and implementation experience
 Vehicle maintenance experience
 Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
 Supplier communication and relationship management experience is a plus
 Ability to adapt in fast paced environments with various teams
 Mechanics certifications are a strong asset
 Strong reporting and documentation skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Familiarity with cloud based storage solutions, like Google Drive is an asset
 A creative mind with an ability to suggest process and company improvements
 Minimum 5 years managing fleet administration
 Must be able to work under minimum supervision
