Role Profiles 

Director of Finance and Administration 
We seek someone who is highly qualified and trustworthy individual to oversee the day-to-day and strategic financial activities of the company. The Finance and Administration Director is a crucial operational role in our company ensuring that our financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. 

The ideal candidate
Demonstrates finance or accounting expertise, supervisory experience, and strong analytical skills . 
Is a strategic thinker and is proactive in identifying issues and meticulous with accuracy of details and data 

Requirements & Expectations 
Masters Degree in Finance and Management with 8+ years experience in accounting or finance OR 10+ years of relevant business experience in similar positions. Professional Awards (ACCA, CPA) is added advantage.

Marketing Manager 
We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and increase brand visibility in our core markets. The Marketing Manager will leverage deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of our customers and competitors to drive Monaban Trading &Farming go-to-market strategy, sales messaging and positioning, content and collateral generation, and market research. 

The ideal candidate 
Leads the Marketing Department and assists Executive and Sales Management leadership in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products, solutions and services. Sets and manages marketing budget and analyze marketing programs, adjustsstrategy, tactics to increase effectiveness. 

Requirements & Expectations 
Masters Degree in Marketing with 5+ years experience in-relevant business experience in similar positions. 

Human Resource Manager
We are looking for a trusted advisor who will provides strategic and day to day HR support to achieve company goals and coordinates the overall 
administration of human resources activities, services and policies for the company.The Individual will provides assists business units in the management and administration of strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, labor relations, while ensuring adherence with all employment legislation and regulations and companies standards.

The ideal candidate 
Oversees the effective utilization of the company workforce and supports system-wide workforce planning, strategies and initiatives. Provides strategic guidance and consultation to leadership and staff regarding human resources best practices, policy interpretation, problem resolution, compliance with countries legislation and labor laws. 

Partners with Directors to review and make recommendations to executive management for improvement of policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. In partnership with the Director and other leadership team, manages communication of policy changes and procedures. 

Requirements & Expectations 
Masters Degree in Human Resource Management with 5+ years experience in relevant business experience in similar positions. 

Fleet Manager
We are looking for a committed individual who will provide clear directions and maps to our professional drivers across multiple locations. Working closely with the distribution,sales personnel and customers, this position will ensure products are dispatched to customers timely and efficiently. This position will also manage and direct drivers, share supervision duties of drivers throughout the year and communicate daily to location managers. 

The Ideal Candidate 
Oversees the dispatching fleet operations of branches in the local and international market to optimize delivery zones and minimize miles driven per delivery. 

Responsible for the day to day operation pertaining to the scheduling, purchasing, delivering, and dispatching of products 

Requirements & Expectations 
Masters Degree in Logistics or with 5+ years experience in relevant business experience in similar positions. 

Plant Manager

We attract someone who has a strong track record of accomplishment and a record of progressive responsibilities to and including the overall day-to-day operation, leadership and management of a manufacturing plant. 

The Ideal Candidate 
Will ensures the manufacture, warehousing and delivery of product within established quality guidelines, customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This position actively leads and supports our safety and quality programs, lean initiatives and other strategic goals. 

Requirements & Expectations 
Master’s degree in food science or related discipline with 6 years of experience.
